LEADER'S TRAINING : ARROW OF GOD

Like arrows in the hand of a warrior, So are the children of one's youth
( Psalms 127 : 4 )

Many times we look down the spiritual potential in a child because we consider them young and thus their mind has not been fully developed.

The Concept of An Arrow
1. An arrow is a lethal weapon
2. An arrow is prepared to reach the target
Every child should be prepared to get a personal spiritual strength to be able
to fulfill God's plan in his life since his early age.
3. Once being shot, we would not have any chance to take it back
There are times when we have the opportunity to lead them effectively,
but there are also times when they have their own interests.
4. The time is short.
Children grow fast.

The Requirement of An Archer
1. Not blind
Proverbs 29 : 18, Ephesians 3 : 3
2. Realizing that our enemy is Satan
The enemy always tries to destroy God's plan in every man since they are
still children
Ephesians 6 : 12, James 4 : 7


Every arrow is destined to reach its target

The Arrow
1. It will never reach the target without the archer to shoot
2. It will be a useless weapon unless it is shot from its bow.


Write down on the palm the children names whom you are teaching right now, especially the naughty ones. Keep it. Look up at it again 10 - 15 years from now. You will see how God fulfill His plan in each of them.
