What is MDC Children Ministry ?
MDC Children Ministry is a ministry division under the MDC New Covenant Christian Church. MDC stands for Masa Depan Cerah ( Bright Future ). It is also an acronym of Making Disciples for Christ ; and shows the characters of the people which are : Militant, Discipline, and Capable.
The MDC New Covenant Church is located in Surabaya, the 2nd biggest city of Indonesia ( the population is about 6 billions people...oh so crowded ! ). At the time being, the congregation is about 1,500 adults and 500 childrens.The Children Ministry covers more than 50 Sunday-school teachers in 6 satelites.
The vision of the ministry are winning, discipling, and sending children as salt and light in the dark world ; and practice the christian lifestyle as described in the first new covenant congregation or the first christian church in the Bible.
